Melt blown grade PP is a special material for melt blown polypropylene, mainly used in melt blown non-woven fabrics for KN95 medical masks. It has the characteristics of high fluidity, stable comprehensive performance, narrow molecular weight distribution, and no residue.
We offer two corresponding materials for MFI grades, HP-1500 for MFI 1500 and HP-1800 for MFI 1800.
At the same time, we also provide electret masterbatch for medical masks. The use of electret masterbatch can increase the density and depth of charge trapping energy traps in melt blown non-woven fabrics, achieving improved comprehensive filtration efficiency and thermal attenuation resistance. Reduce the resistance of non-woven fabric products while improving their filtration efficiency under the same fiber fineness and weight.
